Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy because customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please initiate the request within 24 hours of placing the order for a complete cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if you receive the product, you may be eligible for a return or replacement as per our return policy.

Returns and Replacements

  • Jewelry items are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.

  • All other products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is in original, unused condition.
Requests made after the above-mentioned return window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unaltered

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, labels, receipt, and proof of purchase

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or excessive handling

  • Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing or damaged

  • The serial number has been tampered with

  • The product shows signs of use or alteration

  • The return request is raised after the allowed return period

  • The item was received as a free promotional product

Return / Exchange Process

  • Please keep all items together in the original package.

  • Ensure the product is unworn and returned with all original contents intact.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via phone or email at zenwear.jewels@gmail.com (as mentioned on our website).

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup, and the item will be collected within 3–5 business days.

  • A tracking number will be provided to monitor the return shipment.

Kindly collect the acknowledgement receipt from the courier personnel for tracking purposes.

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive an email containing a coupon code equivalent to the value of your purchase.
This coupon can be used for your next order and must be redeemed within 90 days, failing which the return will no longer be valid for credit or exchange.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued in cash or to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are provided only in the form of a credit note or coupon code.

  • If we do not receive the return shipment or valid tracking/acknowledgement, the coupon code will not be issued.
